General Admission
Lost and Found
If you have lost any items at this year's event please email info@sportgateint.com
Weather Conditions
The event will go ahead rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for weather, as the polo will still be played. We've invested significantly in additional cover to ensure everyone stays comfortable.
Tickets on the day
Please check the website to see if there is still availability. If there is, please go to the Public Ticket Holders Entrance on Hurlingham Road for on the day purchases.
Sunday children's tickets
u12 tickets are required, they are £0, these must be purchased with an adults ticket.
What is included in my ticket?
Access to all general admission areas. Grandstand seating is unallocated and on 'first come, first served' basis.
Dress Code
Friday - Summer chic.
Saturday - Summer chic with a touch of flair.
Sunday - Summer chic.
Please dress appropriately to the weather.
Is there access for visitors with limited mobility
The event has full disabled access throughout the site.
Ticket Collection / arriving at different times
All tickets are digital, so will be sent via email to the booker. Please make sure digital tickets are transferred to each party member before they arrive.
Can I leave the park and come back?
Tickets are required for entry and re-entry (if leaving the site, please advise security so they can give you a "re-entry" wristband, this and your ticket will be required for re-entry).
Please note tickets are NOT transferable once you have accessed the event.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are permitted but not advised at in the General Admission areas of the event and must be kept on a lead at all times. They are not permitted in the grandstand (except assistance dogs)
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted in any structure, covered area of the site or in the food court but is permitted in outdoor areas and gardens
Is there parking onsite?
No there is absolutely no parking available, other than a small number of places for Registered Blue Badge holders who should contact info@sportgateint.com
Can I bring food and drink to the event?
Only bottled water in plastic bottles is permitted to be brought onsite. No other drink (alcoholic or otherwise) or any food can be brought onto the event site. Baby food for infants can also be brought on site.
Are there any food and drink stores?

How we cater for dietary requirements
The Fulham Food Festival caters for most dietary requirements and preferences. However there is a risk of cross-contamination.
Will there be storage lockers?
There are NO storage lockers available on site.
Which entrance shall I go to?
General admission and Chukka Club please enter through Public Ticket Holders Entrance on Hurlingham Road
Will there be phone charger?
There are NO phone charging facilities available on site.

Please check the website for availability, however note that on the day tickets are to be purchased by our Pitchside Pavilion Entrance on Broomhouse Lane.
Sunday children's tickets
Babies under 18 months do not require a ticket and need to be registered by emailing hospitality@sportgateint.com All other children require a hospitality ticket.
What is included in my ticket?
Access to all general admission areas and the Hospitality facility included in the package.
Dress Code
Friday - Gentlemen jacket or blazer / Ladies polo chic.
Saturday – Smart casual with a touch of flair.
Sunday - Smart casual.
If hot and sunny, sunscreen and a hat are recommended. If cool and wet some form of warm clothing or waterproofs would be advisable.
Is there access for visitors with limited mobility
Hospitality has full disabled access throughout the event space including access to the welfare facilities.

No food or drink other than bottled water in plastic bottles is permitted to be brought in to the Hospitality area.
Are there any food and drink stores?
Please note that food and beverages outside the Hospitality area are NOT included in your package. However, Hospitality guests have access to all General Admission areas and we actively encourage you to visit the retail areas at the event.
How we cater for dietary requirements
Please advise dietary requirements on the Hospitality guest portal or contact your host for them to do so. These must be finalised by 6pm the day before you're attending.
Will there be storage lockers?
There is limited cloakroom space within the Pitchside Pavilion Suites. ALL items are left at your own risk.
Which entrance shall I go to?
Hospitality please enter via Broomhouse Lane entrance .
Will there be phone charger?
Limited phone chargers will be situation within the Pitchside Pavillion suites ONLY. ALL items are left at your own risk.
