On arrival.

  • Please arrive early to avoid delays. We advise not to bring bags unless necessary as there will be extensive searches on arrival.

Where can I park?

  • There is no on-site parking at the event. Much of the surrounding area is Resident Permit Holders only. Additional traffic restrictions will be in operation for the duration of the Event. We strongly recommend that you make use of public transport links.

Do you have disabled parking?

Do I have to purchase a ticket for a toddler?

  • Children aged 5 and under do not require an admission ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Can I bring food and drink?

  • Unfortunately we cannot allow any food or drink including picnics onto the site. The only exception is plastic bottled water. Please note that for security reasons all bags will be checked before you are allowed access to the park or club. Also see the Terms & Conditions page.

What food and drink is available onsite?

  • The Street Food Market is open throughout the three days from 12 midday until 30 minutes before gates close. Some unreserved picnic bench style seating is offered in the centre of the food market, with plenty more benches dotted all around the event site. There are a number of bars onsite each offering a different theme and drinks menu. More details on food and bars will follow soon.

Are there cloakrooms at the event?

  • General Ticket Holders: Please note that there are no cloakrooms/ left luggage facility for general public.
    VIP/Corporate Tickets Holders: There will be a cloakroom at the entrance into the Pitchside Pavilion and Goal Line Garden to leave personal belongings. Please note that we do not take responsibility for missing items.

Can I bring my dog?

  • Dogs are permitted in Hurlingham Park but not at The Hurlingham Club and must be kept on a leash at all times. They will not be permitted in the grandstand.

How should I dress?

  • General Ticket Holders (General Admission/Grandstand): Smart Casual
  • VIP/Corporate Tickets Holders: Glamorous.
  • Gentlemen are required to bring a jacket or blazer for the Corporate Enclosure.
  • Strictly NO shorts or trainers.

How do I get to the event?

Where should I enter the event?

  • General Ticket Holders: Enter the park via Hurlingham Road.
  • VIP Ticket Holders: FRIDAY CLUB PACKAGE ONLY - via the Hurlingham Club on Ranelagh Gardens. All other packages enter via Broomhouse Lane. More detailed information will be sent out closer to the event. 

Once I’ve entered the grounds, can I leave and come back?

  • Yes, re-admittance is permissible as long as you see a member of security at the exit to receive your re-admittance wristband. To re-enter you must produce your original ticket stub and show your re-admittance wristband at the gate.

Are there cash points at the event?

  • A cashpoint machine will be on-site for the duration of the event.
